Of course, from the Buzz & Press Newsletter! SURPRISE!!! This month's edition will have its own yearbook! Here's how to nominate users...
1. Select the superlative you would like to nominate them for and put their username
Examples:
Class President?: akmoo
Class Clown?: beomgyu
Class Dummy?: @dummi
2. Wait until the Newsletter is out to see if your nominated user was chosen
