One Pact is a self-produced group consisting of former members of other groups. Jong Woo of Black Level, Seong Min of TO1 and Tag of Ciipher. Also Jay Chang is promoting in two groups: B.D.U and One Pact. It's a nice song and has a really cool music video.
I think fans were kinda nervous this would be a one time project, but they're a permanent group. Jay Chang isn't always present during their members since he is also promoting with B.D.U. Their most recent comeback was a couple months ago.
