On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is B-Day by Lucy ft. Kisum
Before Ateez, KQ Media had Lucy. She is a former GLAM member who made her solo debut with this song. I like the vibe of this song and Kisum as always did a great job. It's a song I usually listen to on my birthday. The video is also very interesting and visually appealing.
Sadly Lucy hasn't been very successful. She only released one song without a music video after this comeback. Then 3 years later she came back under a new stage name Haee and now she's under a new agency. KQ did nothing for her. Hasn't released any music since 2020. One cool fact though is she recorded the demo for Rumor from Produce 48.
