On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Mamacita by Jeon Youl

Stellar's beautiful main rapper made her solo debut a couple years ago. Lots of former girl group members have this kinda sound for their solo debut, but Jeon Youl's hits different for some reason. One thing I like about this video is she looks genuinely happy, it's nice to see the Stellar girls smile after so much suffering.

Jeon Youl is actually making her first comeback very soon! January 10th! Everybody mark your calendars! The song will be called "Like It." Also she has very frequently reunited with the former Stellar members.
