Hidden Gems #87: It's You by Sida

On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is It's You by Sida.

This is the first artist on the series where I did a song without a music video. I decided to link a live performance so you could watch a choreo if you wanted. Fancam groups tend to have lower quality music and they usually just show off the sexiness of the members. This song though, there's something special about it, it has an almost magical vibe to it. That's why even after 6 years I still remember it.

Sadly, Sida lost the girl on the left after this debut and re-branded as Icia with the other 3 of these members. Icia had a pretty messy lineup changes before they ultimately disbanded a couple years ago. One girl in this group is married to DJ DOC and had a child with him. One girl re-debuted with Blah Blah. One girl joined a dance team. Not too much updates on the other members.

This song is the type of style I like and it keeps getting better as it goes on. It's one of my favourites from the series. And the girls are absolutely gorgeous. I wonder if they have a cam with the blue and white outfits from the photo.
