In this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Yasisi by NS Yoon-G.
This is honestly one of my favorite Kpop songs of all time. She's so pretty and such a talented vocalist. I thought I already did an NS Yoon-G song for this series but after checking the list I guess I didn't. The chorus is so catchy and I just love her confidence.
Ns Yoon-G hasn't had the luckiest career. She made a couple more comebacks in 2015 then she had the LONGEST hiatus. After 6 years, she made a comeback with a remake of her "hit" song If You Love Me. Instead of featuring Jay Park though, she featured Jooheon of Monsta X. She hasn't aged in 6 years. Around the time she returned to the entertainment industry she got married. He was her childhood friend and first boyfriend whom she reunited with when they became adults. They appeared on the variety show Same Bed Different Dreams 2 for many episodes. She has now transitioned into acting. She will be in an upcoming Netflix Heist movie called Lift featuring Kevin Hart. Also I knew a girl in high school who was family friends with her somehow, so that was kinda cool.
