In this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Chisa'bounce by M.I.B
This group itself was not super popular, but Kangnam, one of the members, was pretty popular on variety shows for awhile. I feel like this is either the type of song you love or hate. It's kinda annoying but also kinda addicting, aka most viral songs. I think with the right promos I can see this song going viral with the easy dance and the catchy chorus. It's actually got a somewhat unique structure, like the chorus happens at the beginning and doesn't reappear until the very end.
Sadly M.I.B quietly disbanded after this. They never made another comeback. Kangnam got into some minor controversies over the years, but nothing super career ending. He got married a few years back. A couple of the other members are pursuing careers as rappers.
