In this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Dream Line by Purplebeck
Purplebeck were kinda popular for a nugu. They were well known on twitter because whoever was operating their social media account engaged with the fans regularly and even followed them. It was kinda a joke about how this group was following everybody on Kpop stan twitter. I personally liked their debut better but this is a decent song too. The outfits are very visually appealing all next to each other.
Sadly even though the future looked bright for Purplebeck, they never made another comeback. I think they released one more song, but it was more of a gift for the fans and not a legit comeback with promotions. They just kinda faded away and never officially disbanded but the members have said they have no interest returning to the Kpop industry. Yeowool vlogs on YouTube (she could have been a star). Yerim does too. Mini competed on Miss Trot. She's modelling and maybe acting now. Seyeon is a video creator.
