CL actually wasn't the first YG female rapper, Lexy was. This was actually her first and only comeback after leaving YG and it was a moderate hit in Korea but has been largely forgotten. This song has such a classic early 2010s club banger sound, kinda like Cobra Starships or LMFAO. Lots of fun and such a good throwback. I can see how she maybe influenced CL cause I see similarities in aesthetics and vibes. Like I can see this being a CL X Park Bom sub-unit.
Like I mentioned above this was her first and only comeback after leaving YG. So it has been over 12 years without any new music so we probably won't get any ever again. In 2016 she got married to her longtime boyfriend and it seems she is enjoying her quiet non-celebrity lifestyle in the U.S.
