In this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Turn Signal by Venus

Venus were a trot trio consisting of Miss Trot contestants. They all did pretty well on the show, with Dakyung ranking the highest in 4th place. I think this was just meant to be a project group, because I don't think they were all signed under MBK/PocketDol's label. It's a super fun song with all the elements of trot you would love.

So sadly Venus didn't release any other music. Doori re-debuted as a trot soloist soon afterwards. Doori is pretty active on her YouTube channel and performs frequently. Dakyung also still performs. I don't know as much about Sungyeon.

I love the colors and every single trot singer I see is so pretty. Plus I spy some cute black heels. This song is such a treat for the ears and a perfect cure for the blues. They give off a bit of Orange Caramel vibes. I wish so much that they were a real group.

I really like DooRi's solo songs too. Beauty Advisory is so good and so is Single 2 Bungle. Because of You is also a really nice song. She is way too underrated.

Before you said something I planned on doing a few trot groups for the next couple episodes.
