Heyne was one of my favorite solo artists when I first got into Kpop. She has such a unique little voice and believe it or not she's 21 in this video. It's super catchy and such a fun song.
Heyne has been active as a solo artist mostly at the end of the 2nd gen and start of the 3rd gen. It has been awhile since she had her last comeback. On instagram she said she wrote a new song recently so hopefully it comes out soon.
