In this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Soop by Jenyer ft. Heo Gayoon
Two of the most talented members in 4minute who actually were in a subunit together called 2yoon. Jenyer has released a couple strong power ballads. Mind you she was the rapper in 4minute. This song is so pretty and again for a ballad it's kinda catchy. It's also nice hearing Gayoon sing, since 4minute's disbandment we haven't seen her much at all.
Jenyer actually re-debuted in a co-ed trio in 2019 called PRSNT. They're more alternative rock/indie and not really Kpop. They've been very active since their debut and their last song was released in June. I just realized 2yoon celebrated their 11th anniversary last week, so Gayoon and Jiyoon got together. I don't think Gayoon has been up to much. Pursuing acting but doesn't really have any projects.
