This song kinda has a cult following but I think it should have been a big hit. I like how it has a modern 2015 sound on a kinda 60s do boop sound. It also helps having Shannon's incredible vocals, she's probably one of the best singers in Kpop. She actually hates this song because it isn't her style at all. Gotta disagree with her on that, this is her best song in my opinion.

As we all know, MBK is among the worst labels in Kpop. Not to mention they've changed names like 3 times (Core Contents Media, MBK Entertainment, PocketDol Labels). You've gotta be really shady if you're changing your company name that often. So she unfortunately went on hiatus for a couple years. Released a couple more songs then got away from MBK. She had a supporting role in Moorim High in 2016, which is her only acting credit. She's given up the Kpop life. In 2019 she was cast in the musical We Will Rock You. Nowadays she is a voice actress and her notable role is Jett from Valorant. She has lots of streaming content on Twitch also.

I didn't listen to all of her songs but I did listen to most and I totally agree that this is her best. I guess she feels it's childish but is so good. 1:45 and 3:45 are pure joy and I'd inject it into my veins if I could. I like this one a lot.

I did some investigating and apparently she didn't like the song because she recorded it when she was like 15 years old, but it didn't get released until she was like 18. By that time her voice matured but she was told to imitate her old voice rather than sing with her normal voice which made her ultimately dislike the song.
