On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Juicy by Rocket Punch
Rocket Punch, another group we have all heard of, but don't really stan. Like Cherry Bullet yesterday, they had a strong start but have not surpassed that middle tier category. I remember this song getting very overshadowed by the other releases at the time. It's a cute summer song and while it maybe shouldn't have been their big breakthrough, it deserved better.
Rocket Punch are still alive and active without any lineup changes. The fandom was banking on Chaewon being added to the group to elevate their popularity, but she left the company and joined Le sserafim instead. They have made two comebacks this year. Their most recent comeback has a very Iz*one inspired sound if you like that.
