I don't often do songs that are currently promoting, but this has been on my playlist and thought it was worthwhile to include on the series. This song is so catchy! It kinda reminds me of something Wa$$up would release, it's a little something different in this era of Y2K. Also the group has former members from Hot Issue and bugAboo!

Obviously since this song it new, this is the update. One interesting this is they had copyright issues with the title of the song. They were allowed to promote on music shows, but had to change the lyrics to Laffy Laffy

I'm actually surprised there was action taken on the copyright because I feel like there are a lot of infringements in Kpop. AOA's Get Out MV comes to mind. I don't think they dressed in those costumes for performances though, so maybe that's the difference. I read that they tried to change the title to Laaffy Taffy to get around it but it didn't work lol.

I kind of like seeing newer stuff in here once in a while because it's harder to find stuff I enjoy these days. Most of the newer big groups don't really do it for me except kinda (G)I-dle.

I'm a sucker for high-pitched feminine voices and it's cool that Primrose can show that side while also appearing very confident. I feel a lot of times you get just one or the other but they do a good job mixing cute and confidence together. I liked the part at 0:46 so much I went and found out who sings it, so I guess my bias is Rainie I never even heard of bugAboo before.
