Playback didn't do much music but man do I love the songs they did release. This is one of my favorite tropical house EDM songs of all time. It's a perfect kinda "end of summer" song. I had given up hope on a Playback comeback because it had been two years since their debut, but then they released this song and I liked it even more than their debut. They added a member who was gonna debut with them but was held back for some reason. So it was nice she at least got to debut.
Playback are under the same label as Jessica Jung. I feel like they're blacklisted in Korea because after she joined them, Playback stopped promoting on music shows. Sadly Playback never made a comeback after this song. A bunch of them were on Mix Nine with one member even making it to the final lineup, but we know how that disaster ended up. Woolim was in a project group called The Pink Ladies which were used to promote a musical for the Korean version of Grease. She also was on Miss Trot Season 2 and made it to the finale. She is very active on YouTube posting covers and vlogs and has a decent amount of subscribers. Yujin is an actress. Yunji is now an idol trainer. She's the director for Making Academy, so that's pretty cool. She also just got married.
