Today we have one of my first Kpop songs that I EVER listened to. Yes, I listened to Brave Girls before Rollin. I even listened to them before their revamp. I deserve a veterans discount. This was my favorite song by the OG Brave Girls. Brave Brothers is such a good producer. He really knows how to get catchy melodies stuck in your head.

So as many of you probably know, Brave Girls went through a revamp in 2016 after this comeback. 2 original member remained and they gained 5 new members. After a year of promotions, the remaining original members left and the only members left were the 5 new members and they released Rollin'. Before the revamp Brave Girls had a hiatus of over 2 years. The new lineup had an EVEN longer hiatus of over 3 years. Hayun also left the group and they became a quartet. As they were about to disband, they miraculously rose on the charts and Rollin' became one of the most iconic Kpop girl groups songs of all time! The current lineup made a comeback last month and are currently competing on Queendom season 2.

It kind of reminds me in western music how 80s music has lasted better than a lot of 90s songs have.

I agree! And tbh I think some of his earliest stuff does sound kinda dated, but around 2011 his songs started sounding more timeless.

I didn't know this existed!! They actually gave Yuna lots of lines! That didn't happen too often in OT7. Also it blows my mind how much Minyoung sounds like the OG main vocal.

OT7 was my favorite lineup, but the four remaining have been my favorites among all the lineups (along with Hyeran)
