On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Moonlight Shower by Bambino
After Hani's viral fancam that lead to EXID's success with Up&Down, fancam girlgroups became a brand new concept. Girl groups with low budgets who did very sexy performances in hopes of going viral. One of the pioneers for this new brand of girl groups was Bambino and they actually got tons of views on their fancams. However their debut song wasn't as catchy as Up&Down so it's not like they dominated the charts. When they made this comeback, everyone was kinda surprised that such a sexy girl group would release a song that's so...cute! There is still some fan-servicey clips in the video, but the song itself and the main choreo is adorable.
Sadly Bambino didn't make a comeback after this song. Laysha are their labelmates and Bambino was more successful, so I'm surprised the company decided to keep Laysha alive (and they're still promoting to this day). Eunsol, the most popular member, re-debuted in a girl group called Tropical, but they sadly disbanded after their debut. Now she streams as a BJ on Afreeca TV. Hadam, another popular member, joined a dance studio and she's improved a lot!
