it varies with some groups though especially with blackpink sometimes (most of the time) it's Lisa other times is Jennie (esp in bp early era) or Rose (pretty savage) and for me Jisoo in forever young she stood out.
for itzy is between Ryujin and Yuna but tbh lately I'm started to think Yuna is an overall good performer.
For Aespa it's definitely Winter. She is like the ace of the group she is a very well rounded idol in terms of skills.

This is highly dependent on scene and setting (for me), since people's presence vary and sometimes it's that member and the other times another member that peaks in charisma and aura.
For example, Joy's charisma was at her personal peak during Peekaboo/Bad Boy era and several levels higher than her usual, same for Wendy since 2018, or for Sunny during The Boys era.
