On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is Awesome by N.Flying
N.Flying, a group we have heard of before. Also a group that doesn't really have the biggest international fandom but have a decent enough following in Korea to stay active. This was their debut which is MASSIVELY overlooked in their discography. This song is well...Awesome! N.Flying kinda adopted this nerdy image later on but they were actually cool when they started out. Also, hi Seolhyun
N.Flying have gone through lots of changes and they've been extremely active since debut. They added Hweseung from Produce 101 after their first comeback. Then their bassist was forced to leave after drama with a fan (which if I'm not mistaken he was proven innocent). Almost immediately after he left, N.flying had their breakthrough with Rooftop, which is one of the most successful Kpop songs of all time in Korea (and I'm not even exaggerating). Sadly though they've only really been a one-hit-wonder and none of their other songs have reached similar levels of success. They decided they needed a bassist again and added former Honeyst member to the group. Their last comeback was in October.
