On this series we remember songs that have been forgotten or were never even given the attention they deserved. Today's Hidden Gem is I Like You by The Starz
2015 nugus just hit different. Even if they had a low budget, they still had nice songs that would get stuck in your head. You can tell the company was struggling with this MV, but the song is really pretty. Also one of the members is Singaporean so that's pretty cool.
Sadly The Starz didn't last very long. Shortly after this MV was posted, the member with the big ears left the group. Then everybody except one member ended up leaving the group. They had an almost completely new lineup for their first comeback, no music video, and they ended up disbanding shortly afterwards. The Singaporean member is the only member still active in the industry. She has a YouTube channel and often responds to comments in Korean and English. Her name is Mireen by the way and her most recent comeback was in April of this year.
