I think in EXO it's too hard to say who's the most popular between Baekhyun and Sehun. Baekhyun has the bigger k-fandom and probably bigger ifandom but Sehun's C-fandom is so much bigger than any of the other members that if he ever puts out a solo album it will outsell any of Baekhyun's albums. Chanyeol is super popular with ifans too, it wouldn't surprise me if he broke 1 million sales. Anyways Baekhyun is the all-rounder "genius idol," Sehun is the maknae hottie, and Chanyeol is like the boy next door to a lot of stans, he also is the one who has the most writing credits by far in the group so he has that creative, real "artist" image to his persona as well.
That's just me attempting to sum-up their like idol personas, obviously for Chanyeol and Sehun particularly there's more to them than just their personas. Baekhyun's persona is pretty on-point tho lol.

Don't have any scorecards or spreadsheets. Just my intuition.
Tzuyu or Sana seems the most popular for casuals and fans alike. They're the most widespread I think. Even in non fan circles. Tzuyu in particular seems to sell out like.... everything.
Nayeon is a fan favorite (and maybe a casual fav to some extent?). The lifeblood of TWICE.
Mina seems a silent giant. Her fans are quiet but huge.
And maybe Jihyo seems a a Stan's Stan. Like the hip pick kind of thing.

FT Island - Hongki. Lead singer of the band will do that to you, same way Woosung is the most popular in The Rose and Yonghwa in CN Blue. It'll be interesting to see how Xdinary Heroes shakes out.
(G)I-DLE - Soyeon. Leader and rapper. She's just had the most opportunities to be in the public eye from being on P101 and Unpretty Rapstar, debuting as a soloist first, and being selected to be part of LoL's mega-popular virtual band K/DA.
I don't have a strong sense for Purple Kiss and Dreamcatcher. From the reddits, for example, someone once tracked how difficult it was to get individual merch for Dreamcatcher, and the hardest was JiU and the easiest was Dami, so I suspect they may be groups where people who listen casually have a different perspective from the hardcore stans.
