She's a fairly weak actress in my opinion (though did okay enough in Lost recently) but the YG connection will get her more acting gigs and modelling gigs (the other thing she is popular for).
Fans were so nasty towards her when she was trying her hardest to promote with them under a new agency, that's not easy. Combined with the fact that Dilemma underperformed on the charts, I'm not surprised.

She participated in the album and MV for the comeback they had a couple of months ago, but it was announced that she wouldn't be able to do music show promotions because she was currently wrapping up a drama she was filming. Fans threw her under bus and started making posts about how she was lazy and a bad performer and they were tired of shielding her when she didn't care about the fans. If I remember right, Apink's company even basically blamed it all on her and YG even though Apink's comeback being delayed was apparently the reason the scheduling didn't work out.
It was really bad for her. You'd think she had murdered someone instead of just having a scheduling conflict and missing a couple of music shows.

It was so ridiculous. I still can't believe people expected YG to eat penalties for halting production so she could do music shows. Even if they were all under the same company, there's no way that's gonna happen. It was embarrassing and honestly I feel bad for the other members too cause now they see what it's gonna be like if they decide to pursue something else.
What I like here is, the fans thought she's the one missing out for left the group and acting like she will have better future with Apink. Pfftt... She's doing the right decision. Her acting gigs with Yg connection will bring her more fame than staying in not so popular group that nobody will remember later except some of their fans. Fans blaming her for want better life and future? So stupid.
