I'm kinda annoyed too tbh, i don't think the promotion that sm has given to aespa up until now is enough for them to comfortably move to another market. They're still fairly new and really lacking promotion compared to their peers, sm should slow down. But if it's already planned, what can we do about it.

True, also until now SM doesn't now how to promote their acts in the US properly . When you see aespa in Coachella there are lots of opportunities and momentum for aespa however they passed it since they sending aespa straight to the dungeon 
Probably trying to do more shows, interviews, maybe collabs, even an english release. I think aespa has potential. SM has wanted that Western Validation for a while now but I don't know about the way they go about it.
Promote in America or Korea or Mars I’m just happy we are getting a comeback soon

but Ik that Fandoms always promote their favorite groups
and i think they should have a decent korean fanbase

Look at how they handle the aftermath of Coachella, instead of dropping aespa comeback around that time when the hype were very high SM sends them to the dungeon. At least if aespa comeback not ready yet, they should give us content but No. It almost a month and we got 0 content. Hype gone to the drain.
Hopefully Kakao takeover can happen soon because maybe they can change things around

at that time I thought they only will do some appearance in somewhere around US and that. However, since the news are out I think they will do more promo in US than they ever did
Their songs have been doing well in Japan right? They should promote them their first imo and also give them a Korean cb soon because they’ve been gone a while it feels like.

SM still hasn't learned to read the room
SM will give aespa K-comeback and then they will send aespa to US to promote the album
SM knows they’ve already won over Korea with Aespa - the numbers prove this. They also know they have something special with this gg so they want to expand their market share and accomplish the same success that Butter and Dynamite have done for BTS. The Feels is another example. They will not abandon Koreans, but they want the world.
I bet that what JYP thought with Wonder Girls. I just hope they don’t abandon Korean promotions for it. I find western interviews a bore and nothing compared to Korean varieties.
