Hwang Hyunjin, especially since the end of 2019 + the amound of people who begun to get thirsty and woreship him is unreal
Cha Eunwoo, since forever + he is a lil bit overrated
Kang Daniel, since forever, but he lost a small bit on popularity after WANNA ONE had disbanded
Choi San, but it is a up+down when you ask people who's ideal Kpop-idol looks like for example the BTS-members or the EXO-members since they tend to deny that San is in anyway good looking mostly (+ a lot of these people tend to say "nah, not as long a Taemin exists" or "not when you compare him with Jungkook" etc. )
Lee Taemin, since people begun to woreship him
Kai, since the day he wore a croped top ( and after he got deals with Gucci, people begun to go crazy like if he was the only man working with a high fashion brand and wearing crop tops wich is not true, but well some people are delulu sometimes and you can't change their mind)
Wonho, since forever + he is probably the male idol who is woreshiped the most just because he has the craziest sixpack in whole KPop
Baekho, since the time he got a sixpack and apeard on the cover of Men's Health
Yang Hongseok, since the time he was naked on the cover of Men's Health + people seem to be thirsty for his sixpack
Shownu, since like forever + people seem tho be a lil bit thirsty about him but it's kept low on the thirst-level wich means people arn't too crazy for him
V, since literally forever + he was the first member of BTS where people begun to get thirsty wich lead to the fact that the drama he was in only became so popular just cause 80% of the viewer came to watch it to see him
Jeong Jungkook, since the time he grew up + the amount of thirsty young teens is kinda unbelivable
Leo, he was one of the most popular male idols a few years ago, but since VIXX is losing their popularity his own popularity is also going down + I also noticed that the people who go thirsty about him are also almost all fully gone but as he had that popularity there were a lot people who had a random kink on the fact that he is extremly hot but ultra mega shy
Mark Lee, for no reason he menaged to be one of the most popular NCT members, he might dosn't looks like a it-boy but his popularity says otherwise
Jackson Wang, especially since he begun to publish solo-songs + he seems to have this badboy vibe that some people really seem to like
G Dragon, he gives off the badboy vibe that a lot people seem to like + since big bang is mega popular and around for a long time now it is easy to gain so much fans who are thirsty about him
Jung Yunho, he dosn't looks like if he could be that popular, but he gives off a more like "gentleman"-vibe and some people really like dudes who look like if they had "class" and "good behavier" while glancing at you and I bet a lot women in the end of their 20s/early 30s would preffer him over many other male idols

other than cha eunwoo, jimin and kang daniel at this peak there arent any currently. everyone else that some mentioned here are just popular within their fandom, ppl know them but theyre not it-boys.
i honestly think a couple of mx members couldve been it boys bc they were really popular amongst straight men and gay men.

pretty sure op is talking about korea only,
even then you cant say jungkook or lisa are it girls/it boys bc theyre the most popular internationally. that would imply that globally the gp knows them which is kinda impossible for any celebrity to be the “global it girl or boy” lol. an it boy or girl is specific to a country or region. like you could say lisa is an it girl in china bc she’s extremely popular over there. im not sure about jungkook cause i wouldnt know.

i mean i have sooooo many biases and to me a lot of them are "it factors" I think that everyone has different tastes and no choice is the wrong choice. Just because someone doesn't appeal to person A doesn't mean they don't appeal to person B. That's why I stan so many groups in KPOP it's not about looks it's about talent and the music. So many variety's out there and of course i feel attracted to some of the members which helps....so I am going to just post my bias list because i feel like everyone in this list has the potential to be an "it boy"

Op didnt specify that they were talking about korea which is why people have been listing all kinds of idols in replies. Eunwoo is definitely more well known in korea because of his acting projects, I still dont think he can be considered it boy. Probably only gd, kang daniel in his prime and jimin can be considered it boy imo

how would eunwoo not be an it boy? he is known very well and has his own huge fanbase. at isaac literally the entire arena was chanting cha eunwoo lol. cha eunwoo is known for being cha eunwoo while jimin-who i still think is an it boy- is known for being jimin of bts. daniel isnt an it boy anymore tbh after his dating scandal he kinda just faded away from gp interest. so to say daniel is more of an it boy than eunwoo is a reach cause eunwoo remains relevant and the most relevant male idol after jimin.
