Correct me if I'm wrong but Jeongyeon and Mina have never been in one and maybe Momo and Sana but I'm not sure.

The members for sure have been in one or accused:

Nayeon - accused of bullying the other members, especially Dahyun, by Thrice (debunked a long time ago)

Jihyo - Stereotypical Native American costume and accused of Seungri's s*x tapes

Tzuyu - Taiwanese flag incident (not even her fault

Chaeyoung - being accused of copying BP Lisa's orange hairstyle for DTNA era and hair stylist criticized the braids style in Switch to Me (CA)

Dahyun - The Hanbok Situation
