I don't think so... there are older dance practice videos for sure... Like HOT probably recorded themselves to see whether they're in sync and stuff, but this was the first one which was uploaded on YT for fans

So as a Thai person who have visited Thailand 5 times now , I thought it's a good idea "Rank" every Thai Idol Popularity
ALSO this is from my Experienced when I was in Thailand
Blackpink Lisa - very Popular in Thailand
GOT7 Bambam - also very popular in Thailand (might beat out Lisa in past , But It's very close now)
Ghost9 Prince - I'm not so sure
NCT/WayV Ten - Popular with K-pop Fans in Thailand but not as well known in public
2PM Nichkhun - Not as Popular as Lisa or BamBam But still very well known (also his younger sister is an actress so that helps)
G-IDLE Minnie - Same as Ten , but not in that level as Ten tho
CLC Sorn - Its Popular with K-pop fans (I think) , but I'm pretty sure that no one in the knowns who she is (no shade tho , Just my experienced)
Edit - I forget about Natty (L)
Nichkhun used to be the only Thai idol at some point... from what I know he used to be a god in Thailand in 2009-2013

DBSK had their debut stage at BoA and Britney Spear's concert... that sentence seems surreal

You mean another "pick your bias and act like it's because of dancing" poll? Allkpop is probably the most biased place on earth for this type of poll. The only place worse than this is stan twitter.

It's been a while since Teddy stopped making revolutionary music like with 2NE1 and some earlier BP stuff... I don't think it's a good idea to rely on one producer most of the time... I wish they gave BP themselves a chance to release their own songs. At least the long wait would be worth it.

It's not too bad, but the chorus sounds quite generic

I had a similar experience with an Exo-L (she got into Exo during Tempo era), telling me that I am not a true Exo-L if I don't support all member equally. I basically told her that I only buy Kai solo stuff because I have limited amount of money and he is my bias, so I save money for his stuff only (and group stuff too ofc). I got into K-Pop in 2010 and I was stanning Exo since I saw their teasers.

Just why? All of their songs sound the same.

Never heard of this… interesting! If it’s such a good working method, why other countries ain’t doing it as well ?
Anyway so now it’s between either being executed in China or castration in Canada as the worse outcome for him …. Damn, he really did something!
Chemical castration is pretty hard on preson's body from what I know... It's used to treat prostate cancer for example because it messes with your hormones. I imagine many people would rather chose prison time than being chamically castrated. Also it can have long term effect for the rest of your life.
That being said, I support forced chemical castration in repeated sexual offenders and pedophiles.

I would say majority, because companies and idols love to profit of this behaviour (e.g. buying albums until you collect all photocards, giving rewards for YT views milestones etc.), but when it comes to taking responsibility they're the victims. And I'm not saying that invading idols' privacy and other obsessive behaviour is something that can be justified, but it all starts with how companies and idols present themselves to fans - like toys.

I was reacting to a statement in the original post. The OP claimed she was backed by SM, I said she made SM what it is in the first place, that's all
-
All the money that was used to promote her was made by H.O.T. Then she got popular by her own hard work.
The money made by HOT was already spent in early 2000's on Shinhwa which wasn't as successful as SM though it would be and also other SM groups which failed. That was the reason why BoA was literally shipped off to Japan to make money there. BoA and later TVXQ funded the entire second gen of SM, which essentially made K-Pop as it is today. This is not me undermining IU's success. But BoA is literally the reason why any of K-Pop idols can debut in Japan.
-
And you think Loen was rolling in riches to support IU? Even last year 90%+ of Kakao Ms revenue was IU.
Nevertheless SM at that point was the pioneer of the industry with a decade in operations and had already seen much success with groups like HOT, SES, Shinwa etc.
Sure BoA took them to greater success, but as expertise backing in promotions, SM was already the leader.
I didn't mention IU in my post at all, I was just saying that SM was not at their best place when BoA had her debut. HOT were disbanded and there were already problems with SES and Shinhwa. It was time of uncertainty and BoA at the age of 13 made SM. She is the reason DBSK, Suju and SNSD could have their debut.
-
She didn't have SM backing her, she made SM what it is. In an interview she once said that she "built" the old SM headquarters.

Everyone: stop pushing your sexualities on to idols, they are probably all straight
SM: casts both a lesbian/bi girl and a masculine presenting female in f(x)
so many idols nowadays, statistically all of them cannot be straight... I think a good portion of idols are not hetero and date in secret
but I agree that no one should push sexuality on anyone just because that's what they wish
