I have no idea. There were so many powerful vocalists in the third gen, especially when you have a whole Mamamoo, not to mention Wendy and Yuju. The mic was almost always on with them.
But I saw a clip Yunjin from Le Sserafim singing opera pre-Kpop, and my jaw dropped. Going to default to choosing her
The best vocal tone/color of any of these groups is Karina. She is right below Yuri/Miyeon/Yuqi at the top of the Kpop vocalist rankings, in the same tier as Nayeon, Heejin, Lisa, Jisoo, etc.
The rest of the members dont really stand out vocally with a few exceptions, I loved Rei and especially Leeseo in Afterlike, Leeseo's verse in Afterlike is SOOO addictive. I also love some of Kazuha's lines in their songs, Wonyoung's narcissistic line in Love Dive, the way Winter pronounces Next Level, etc.

Yunjin of Les serafim. She sang Think of Me Phantom of the Opera so beautifully. And she wrote and sang Raise your glass. Obvious choice for me.

Yep. This one sold me, her tone is chef's kiss. So many fans put singers like Seulgi, Liz, Lilly, Winter or others on a pedestal but they're voices are nondescript. I couldnt tell them apart from a dozen others. But Karina's is different, both catchy and unique.
And tbh, i think i'm gonna put her in the top tier along with Yuri, Miyeon and Yuqi. She's that good.

What's the point of having a vocal, dancing, or rapping ranking list when it always devolves into my fave is the best. It's all personal opinions and to pretend otherwise just leads to fanwars and toxicity. I think everyone is right to prefer their faves, just don't drag others to make your fave look better.

Seulgi is actually a bit unique . I prefer her vocals over Wendy in the group.
i dont even know if these "vocal people" are legit or not, but NN usually sits between 3-5 on these lists depending on how nugu they get,
lily ends up 1-3 depending on how nugu
heawon goes from 2-4 most the time
from what iv seen, lily and haewon both get usually ranked above NN, but like i said, i dont have a fckin clue when its that close
e/ as for OP, its Aespa WALL the other 3, not even worth ranking as they basically all sound the same, they all have like 1-2 decent singers, then rest are non singers

ive seen some of those videos but they also don't really explain their reasoning and i am not obsessively listening to nmixx like i am aespa, aespa sound better as a whole than nmixx to me even though lily def can sing , is she better than ningning'? ???
the biggest con against NN , if she loses her power in the top end and it gets unstable. iv regularly seen lily and haewon above NN, not just lily, along with purple kiss girl, and some nugu nugu vocalist
iv actually been disappointed with yunjin, shes not the nearly the vocalist I thought she was going to be, she obviously has her falsetto down, but her lower end stuff is weak
maybe its just the song choice, but I thought she would stand out in LSRM, like lily, NN, pruple kiss girl, but imo she doesnt really compared to chaewon

she's notably better than Chaewon though, people with a trained ear can definitely hear it. Her classical technique is better than her pop style one but she's got very solid support in a good range, which sets her apart from the shallow-at-best vocalists I also mentioned.

Personally I don't care much about vocal power. I'm in kpop for the music + personalities. But I will say, in 2nd gen most groups needed to have atleast ONE objectively good singer, in 4th gen groups that isn't even a requirement anymore.
IDC, music is still good and girls are still funny. 4th gen are baddies 
Aespa is at the top in my opinion. A perfect combination of power, interesting tones and good technique.
Nmixx is also good but I like aespa as a whole better (also find their tones both more interesting and pleasant).
Purple kiss is also good.
LSRF is decent.
The bottom is itzy (they really needed another competent vocalist after somi dropped out).
