Next Level not winning a music show proves they are all about timing and don’t represent the song success

Everybody knows.

Music shows have their own criteria that means you don’t have to top the charts to win, you simply match what the music show wantsand you win regardless of charts. It’s been like this for years lol

maybe they'll win one when their actual album drops...

Well, BP has so little wins already evidenced this.

Music wins are mostly about timing (competition), strategy (company releasing physical/digital), and attedance.

Not helping when the company pits their artists against each other

Unless you have absolute dominance in certain categories like digital or voting

Aespa will get their wins when it's against nct or seventeen.

Apparently Aespa is gonna have a september release. There’s a rumour going on that BTS is gonna have an album comeback on that time as well. Also, NCT 127 is confirmed to come back on September. My friend says it’s gonna be a full album release, too.

Timing is crucial indeed, but not as crucial when you've been charting for months like aespa has. They were nominated on countless occasions but failed every time and I think what they were mostly lacking was fan votes. Had they come first in the fans vote category at least once, they probably would have an award under their belt already.

With how their next comeback is rumored to be in September, it looks like timing won't be on their side again. Having no physical release and them being relatively new group with a not so great voting power yet also hurt their chance.

It's difficult to win a music show with no physical release to back them up. The fact that they've still been nominated for #1 in a music show without an album just goes to show Next Level's chart power.

I'm sure they will have a chance to get their first win when they release an album, especially if the title track does well in charts. But it also depends on the timing, of course.

When the song was released it had high SNS but the digital charting wasnt that good

When the song started to hit top5, then SNS points are low.

No physical point couldnt help much too

And heavy competition
