None, and it's sad. People will always try to find a way to hate on idols. It's just the judgemental society we live in.

Not too long ago he said something about the group's success (NCT Dream's specifically) being due to luck, fans didn't like it and started dragging him and tried to correct him.

The only un-draggable idols are those who are nugus, unknown or irrelevant
Cause who usually drags idols? Fans of other idols. Those fans who feel threatened or jealous or offended for some reasons, so, for example, if idol is some nugu she/he isn't any threat to a popularity of other idol or, for example, even if a group is a threat to another group's popularity then fans of that second group would drag only those members who they know about while in majority of groups usually only few members are known by non-fans of these groups so those unknown idols don't get mentioned simply due to this.

I used to think it was Jin, but then I saw someone call him ugly (yes, out of all things).

Wheein maybe? I've seen people not like her solo songs, but not anything worse than that.
