Yeah I try to clean up my diet with summer coming up. I live by a beach so I'll be there in a swimsuit a good amount.

Usually just try and cut out added sugar, processed carbs, limit alcohol, and make sure to get my workouts in.

Feel like the "rookie" period has shortened so much with the way people look at groups now. It's like groups have six months and a few titles for the masses to decide if they're good or not. That's the new and fresh period.

After that there's new groups ready for their shot.
