I'll do my best and no I won't include every group. Just groups I feel had a huge impact.
1st gen: HOT, god, SHINHWA, Sechskies, SES
2nd gen: SHINee, SNSD, BIGBANG, 2NE1, Wonder Girls, Super Junior, KARA, TVXQ!
3rd gen: BTS, EXO, TWICE, BP, Seventeen, Red Velvet, 1st 3 NCT units
I would add T-ara for second gen, by far the biggest GG in China.

For me, Super Junior and SNSD

In my opinion, these groups had the most impact in their respective generations;
1st Generation: Seo Taiji and Boys, Seckskies, H.O.T, Shinhwa, and S.E.S
2nd Generation: Big Bang, Super Junior, TVXQ, Shinee, Girls Generation, Kara, Wonder Girls, and 2NE1
3rd Generation: BTS, Exo, Seventeen, Wanna One, NCT, Twice, Blackpink, and Red Velvet
Honourable mention to Iz*One
4th Generation: N/A
It is too early to say who is the most impactful in the 4th generation since no one stood out in that way yet. Everyone is still fairly new, and are still establishing their names in the industry.
