Multis are the least toxic, but very unreliable

Every multi has a group that they like the most.

if they "throw twice under the bus" then i wouldn't really call them a fan.. but people are allowed to like some groups more than others?? let people like who they like lmao.

If they throw Twice under the bus, then they are not multi, they are not stanning Twice at all.

There is literally 0 reason to hate on them.

Multifan wouldn't throw any group under the bus. I think you are referring to casual fans or just general public. They are the ones who jump ship. There are some people who may say they're multifan, but they are just single fans who wanna hate in peace under this umbrella term.

Naah, majority multis love to support every groups they stan. Though I might agree that some immature ones don't understand the individual fandom problems and expect to have rational or logical approach towards their other fandoms.

They are a lot of fake stans out there even sometimes among the ones who pretend to stan only one group ( in fact they are stanning someone else or they are just toxic/negative and use their so-called bias group as a tool to hate on others groups).

Multis are usually some of the most honest fans. There are some bad apples but certainly not all

As a fan of multiple girl groups, I do get a bit saddened when I see generalizations like this one. I'm sure there are those who pretend to stan multiple groups in order to pick on and criticize one of them beyond what seems fair or reasonable, I'd say we're mostly a very loving crowd. While I do admit I don't find myself following everything of every group I love and follow, when their comeback comes around, my focus is there

Multistans are much better since they are open-minded and don't hate and know how to stan other groups, not just their faves,.

Even if u r a multi, there will be that one group u will always favor over the others. It's natural.

or pretend to be multi so people wouldn't call them anti when they criticized the group.

some multi stan has a higher chance for just like some members and don't like the other member in the same group.

i feel like actual multis (not just bandwagon stans) are actually more open minded though like when it comes to fanwars between their fandoms because they can see both sides reasoning more clearly

That is not really true. I have always have multiple favorites and yes, I have some groups that have been bigger favorites than others, like 2NE1 and T-ara a couple of years ago. But it's more like you maybe have one or two favorites for the moment because they are "hot" right now and your other favorites maybe have done a less good comebacks. Blackpink was a favorite when they debuted their and until As If It’s Your Last, but after som borings comebacks and started to like Twice more because they had a good period with some nice sogns . Today I can't really tell which of the two groups that I prefer, yes maybe it's BP, but it's not a huge difference.

What is the line between "throwing under the bus" and giving a honest opinion? Someone can still be a fan and like a group/idol after criticizing certain aspect(s) of a group/idol. You don't have to love everything 100% to be a fan of something. Some people are more discerning than others.

I wouldn't even act so blind towards the person I was married to. I would not put my spouse on a pedestal.

Multis are fine but yes they arent that reliable, and too many hide behind being a supposed multi who also stans a group when a search of whatever profile they have shows them never talking about that group unless its negative and as others said there is usually a bias ranking. Im a mutli stan whose ult is BTS and while I love the other groups I stan every group takes 2nd to them despite me also stanning them, and my actions of voting/purchases follows that.

There is a big difference btw someone whose ult is a group and a multi of that same group, that they do stan, but is not one of their top priorities

Yeah, imagine being allowed to like only one rock band, one metal band, one rapper, one country artist, and so on...

I remember a time when being a multistan was normal for western stans and didn't carry and negative stigma

multis are so absolutely the least toxic. but a multi is someone who stans / favours multiple groups. you cant be considered a fan for the group if you through them under the bus. that goes for any group, not just twice
