Is it just me or enhypen don't have that many streams compared to their sales?

Enhypen doesn’t use ads so I guess that’s their views are lower but both fever and dazed? Are coming for 100M views
Stray Kids has high views regardless of ads, tho. Both God's Menu and Back Door surpassed +100M in 2021 alone despite being from 2020.

Answering the OP, yeah, maybe on YouTube. But their Spotify streams are good.

indeed .
Is their Spotify that good though besidea fever obviously?

Astro doesn't use ads and have a smaller fandom and got 10M on their last MV in the first day and a half.
Of course it also seems like a lot of fans don't like this Enhypen comeback so that could be a factor too. I saw a "Hybe ruined Enhypen" video pop up the same day the MV dropped.

If you’re this concerned, you could always stream the vid and help along…
Have u watched it ?

I saw Given-Taken, Fever and Drunk-Dazed captured well casual listeners' interest. Meanwhile, they've always had pretty good streams on the b-sides. I think Tamed-Dashed didn't catch casuals attention, but the b-sides streams on the full album are still good, what shows they have a loyal following. I just saw they also have 4,5M ML. Overall, I think this is pretty good.
I'm not sure about the recent comeback since It's still new.

Still I think stray kids and txt both have more casual listeners and sell less than them

I watched it a couple of times. I’m more interested in performances.

Stray Kids sells the same, actually. But yes, they and TXT have more casual listeners.
-
Really? Thats amazing for a group with over 32 million views but has less then 500k likes on the video

I guess every group has their own strengths and weaknesses

Stray Kids always do well on youtube, they're like the top for 4th Gen boygroups, while Enhypen and TXT never do well in youtube because their MVs are not streaming friendly (always almost 4 minutes long or more, have stories in the middle of the mv, intro/outro + they don't use ads) or when the MV is short enough for example for Blessed-Cursed and Can't You See Me?, the song just didn't hit the listeners. For Blessed-Cursed, a lot of people more attracted to their bside, Polaroid Love.
But you can't just count youtube. They did really well in spotify, and we all know it's really hard to chart on spotify global. They're so unique that they have more streams in spotify than youtube.
-
Nah I don't want anyone to say enhypen's streams suck in comparison to their sales. Why are you just looking at YouTube? How about Spotify where their monthly listeners have never been less than 4.4M, where their albums have 150, 200M streams? Or how about the fact enhypen has the most streamed song by 4th gen on Spotify in 2021? Or how about the fact enhypen is the fastest kpop group in history to get 500M streams on Spotify?
YouTube - fandom
Spotify - fandom + casual listeners/nonfans
Those metrics only show enhypen's fandom isn't good at streaming on youtube but that there is a high interest towards their music on spotify. Mv views nowadays aren't even that important, not when majority of people use spotify as a music platform.
And I don't know why people here say their fandom didn't like enhypen's new title track, it's not true.. Majority loved it because that's what they've been waiting for and anticipating.

Going to see them live in May
Ngl I look forward to it, streams or not. And I’m not a fangirl.

Astro definitely used ads or some other booster, the views/likes ratio and the fact that a third of their views came in a day and a half makes that pretty obvious.
Enhypen already has 1.4 million likes compared to Astro's not even 500k after half a year, for example. Don't underestimate the power or (or lack of) ads, especially in the initial campaigns which boost MV views a ton before decreasing down to whether people actually watch it or not.

Is that so because I was starting to wonder if enhypen fans didn't actually like the music and were stanning for alternate reasons

Txt and stk still do better on Spotify and YouTube while selling less though

Isnt that just cherry picking metrics ?

Txt and stk still do better on Spotify and YouTube while selling less though
It took stray kids a viral song, kingdom and another couple of songs that blew up to achieve those results. TXT's youtube metrics aren't that much better either. Both txt and stray kids still have more TOTAL sales than enhypen even if enhypen sells more with their past albums.
As people already explained, no group ever has a good and perfect ratio, well if you're not bts and B
blackpink at least

ohhhh is this thread because people say that to downplay nct's achievements?
honestly, those people are such sore losers and let's be real they are bothered by the fact that that nct is selling in millions

The lack of subtlety in this response thread

Anons basically clown everyone don't they? I don't wander into there very often admittedly, but I hear enough about it on threads here that I leave it to the mods, lol. So OP is clowning Enhypen is return for their fave getting dragged in anons?
But why Enhypen? Cause they think it's Enhypen's fans dragging their faves?
I hope everyone realizes that anyone can say anything in anon. We've even had instances of people getting impersonated - people were signing their posts as other users in anon and writing some pretty inflammatory stuff in some cases to get these users they were impersonating dragged on the main boards. Those users then proved it was someone else signing their names by arranging with a mod to write a certain reply in the same thread and when the anon usernames didn't match, it became clear. This is why no one is allowed to write usernames in anons anymore.
