And, given how everyone normally focusses on his deep mellow baritone, I love the contrast when Taehyung hits those real highs at the end of Stigma.

I love Taeil's high note in Simon Says and Timeless, Haechan's in Highway to Heaven, Xiaojun's in Turn Back Time, Wendy's in Zimzalabim and Baekhyun's in El Dorado. Those are the first ones that come to mind.

i think taeils high note in fire truck , then everything in the arranged version of from home, all the high notes in drunk in the morning by ryewook, thats what comes to mind

From title tracks, I love this note in Cheer Up. She just lets it soar!

I like the "I'm sorry you make me so crazy you know you do" part in EXO's monster, like even if I have my ults and I'm thinking about them 24/7, when I think about high notes, this phrase keeps repeating in my head even if I try not to.
