Nobody in hybe and ador will win anything. Both of the sides have damaged each other’s reputation a lot in a span of several months. NewJeans declining a lot internationally is extremely concerning, even if Ador wins the case. Hybe already lost a ton of money. They should rebrand their multilable system. If NewJeans will tank hybe will lose a lot of their revenue from their most successful gg. I don’t know what will happen with lsf. Their reputation is the most damaged in hybe.

TXT doesn’t seem as 4th gen leaders with their numbers, tho they make an amazing music. Enhypen severely underperformed streaming wise too in last 2 cbs. Their new groups haven’t made any noise ye, except Illit. Well I guess Hybe will spend all their payola on Illit. At this point only BTS return can save hybe from disaster as always

I am actually rooting for MHJ, although none of the sides are innocent, I do think she’s very brave and courageous to stay true to her beliefs and go against the big man/ those in power, but history shows time and time again those in power always win. Despite the evidence/ proof she may put forward, money talks

They have a loyal fan base so they'll be fine. Their enlistment I think will start next year.

The only reason MHJ granted injunction is due to the contract clause favouring her. Overall, yes, Hybe will win at all cost at the end because their cases is not weak as peope here make it. It also means the whole thing will get dragged to Fifty-Fifty 2.0 because Hybe wants exactly that for parents to pursue a case, they're basically baiting them for it. Idk how anyone couldn't see it.

Hybe also seems to have gotten PR improvements recently, so it's going to get ugly.

Ador will win the public sentiment (in SK at least) because people love an underdog and have been gradually becoming fed up with Hybe monopoly since before the controversy + people like Newjeans a lot, but at the end of the day money is king so Hybe will probably "win" in terms of material gains
