I think every member could survive without YGE, the members have the leverage here not YGE.
Even if the members all completely fall apart digitally without Teddy's magic touch, they're each gonna sell 500k - 1.5 million on their own no matter who they go with, whether they stay with YG or sign with someone else. And that's just pure album sales. They're gonna RAKE the endorsement money, merch, appearance fees, etc, plus they'll get steady annual 7 figure income at least from their SM sites like IG and YT. They have loyal and set fandoms that will be with them till they retire.
That being said, i think what will happen is that BP will re-sign as soloists, and that BP will go on indefinite hiatus, coming together occasionally for a single or two, but generally doing their own thing 90 percent of the time. Kinda like Mamamoo actually.

I don't know why but for someone that claimed to be a fan you are very eager for them to disband always pushing the the narrative they are over or not relevant enough but this can't be further from the truth. Honestly, no girl group can be as impactful and profitable as them any label would kill to have them. I'm pretty sure they renewed based on their last report ( from a more credible source) and it makes sense they made up 80% of YG's profits . You know very well this was taken from weibo from someone who already apologized and clarified it was fake.

BP being around for a long time doesn’t have much to do with the members resigning or not. Groups don’t disband these days just because the artists solo activities aren’t managed by the company that manages their group work. So they can still be around for a long time but want to be under a new company for solo stuff. That is the most likely with all this arguments
