Eunchae grew on me after watching their variety content. She's competitive, witty and while she isn't the most talented yet she definitely has potential to become a good idol in the future.
But I don't understand why she's in LSF. Would have made more sense for her to debut in NJ. She doesn't suit the concept and there's a big age gap between her and the other members. They also basically hid her during their debut. She had barely any lines, only 6 seconds of screentime and spent almost the whole choreography in the back. Why bother adding her to the group if they weren't gonna let her do anything??

Reminds me the theory of gidle is le sserafim's blueprint

Exactly. In most groups it wouldn't be a problem, she's cute and talented enough to debut, but the other four members in LSF are all powerhouses, two with pervious experience. If she had debuted in a group like NJ, with young, inexperienced members, she'd have fit right in. She could have slowly improved together with the rest of the members during the first couple of years of their career and no one would have thought twice about her being in the group.
But it's still early to tell. She might surprise us next comeback

Paved the way for 6 to 5 members through a very unique method

well firstly garam and eunchae were meant to be maknae line. source obviously wanted younger members to make the group more appealing to younger gen fans. they also couldn't have expected kazuha to be as well received as she was in. source likely has no other plans for a girl group currently so it was prob either debut eunchae now or let her go. i am also assuming she will have more of a presence in their cb now that garam is gone and eunchae is essentially filling what both of their purposes were.

she is called "smiling potato" for a reason

I know almost nothing about Le Sserafim, but Eunchae bringing in positive comments to a group who were overshadowed by a bullying scandal makes me think she is more than worth to be on the team.
Almost every kpop group we had at least 1 member improving after debut so i don't see how this could be different or weird in LSF.

anw, if you watched their contents, she is really good at games, whether it's an online, board games, or physical games. (Even she was the carry of le sserafim on hybe's caterer dancing game)
She is quick witted and smart

Fans would have loved Garam and Kazuha as a maknae duo, Eunchae wasn’t needed for a maknae-line. Sure, having younger members can help attract pre-teen fans but so far LSFM’s main target audience seem to be older teenagers, who are the same age or older than Eunchae.
And there’s no reason they couldn’t debut a 5 member group. They didn’t have to debut six trainees.
I like Eunchae and I hope she gets more parts this comeback but truth is she didn’t contribute much to their debut.

how can you possibly predict an alternative future where eunchae wasnt added tho? lol. this is just your opinion. fans LOVE eunchae as the maknae. she is clearly marketable.
and you're whole "they didn't have to debut six trainee's" thing is kind of a circular argument. yeah, thats the whole point. they DIDN'T have to debut eunchae. but they DID. doesn't rlly matter if y'all can't comprehend why or what eunchae's added value to the group has actually become. she's here and she's not going anywhere

Kazuha received the most positive attention at debut and Garam was supposed to be the center. And they’re the two members that fit the visual role the best. Maybe they wouldn’t have been popular, we can’t know for sure, but they had the potential to be.
But that’s the question. Why did they decide to debut her and then give her zero focus for their debut. They treated her like a filler member.
Yeah she’s in the group which is why I’m really hoping they start giving her proper parts. No point of having a member who’s existence the agency keeps ignoring

Really? This is one of the biggest mysteries in Kpop for me, i will never understand how Shuhua is considered a visual. Especially when there is literal Miyeon right there in the same frame. I mean if you were to rank the 10 members of LSRFM and Idle in terms of visuals, Shu would be 9th or 10th ngl.
