This will probably be their biggest comeback up to date. The only wildcard would be the korean charting.
Physical album sale, spotify and billboard charting would be at their highest. Hybe and fearnots will use whatever means to make it happen.

First the company has to accept lower profit. We know this people are the whales of kpop. Second they have to pay their employees well enough that they don't have to sell info of idols. Then they should handle the expenses of lawsuits (it discourages the idols to file cases because its takes time and money )
Only top idols and big companies can afford it. But why would a company alienate big customers just for the sake of their employees.

there was an article that mentioned Hybe could ignore the results of the injunction if the court rules in MHJ's favor. Hybe could still remove MHJ at the shareholder meeting but will then have to pay 10s of billions of won as a penalty. Unlikely that they will be willing to do that as it isn't a good look either. But if Hybe is really desperate to remove MHJ then it is an option.
She would be removed. The question i when and how. Hybe doesnt want to pay her thats why they are doing all of this.
