I don't have an opinion If It's true or not, but Source Music did a terrible job indeed. They came with the conclusion of her innocence overnight, when It should've been investigated more carefully to avoid It potentially blows up worse in the future.

I don't think many people are defending Garam, they are more of defending the notion that it should always be "innocent until proven guilty" and that it is always the accuser who needs to provide proof. It was always "provide proof" and if this proof is good enough then it is good enough.
At least this is something, better than "oh she throw a pot at me" nonsense.

The way HYBE handled it is messy. They think she would’ve gotten away from it because she was just rookie. Coming with a statement saying it’s fake with no investigation then saying they would sue the accuser.
I don’t know if it’s true or not because some things aren’t matching but if people keep reasserting the evidence it could be there’s some truth.

Hybe steadily joining cube in the worst way to handle a bullying case club.
They made that one statement and dipped even though accusations continued. They haven't spoken about this since not even to reassure people that they were still on the case. It's clearly never going to die down at this point.
This looks serious if it isn't forged. I hope they make a statement very soon. So far this is different from other bullying cases where victims only provides yearbook evidence and their stories of being bullied.

of course if accusations would be true then it will be asap kick out of contract, and it should be set as 'breach of contract' from baddie Idol, that he/she will even need to payback investment that agency made

And many schools cover them up either because the people involved are rich/connected or to protect the reputation of the school so they never make it to any sort of official records.

Anyway this looks shitty. And the rest of the girls have worked their asses off and do not deserve to get so much stuff thrown at them because of Garam. She's not popular, she's not that important to the group either, just remove her and keep going with the rest.
Or might as well try again with Minju as it seems they put Garam in the line up solely because they wanted a girl with those type of visuals.

Can't they just show the whole document? With the date, the stamp and all? Just cover the names for anonymity purposes. Because this kind of evidence is very frustrating. If you got the damn thing, then show it!

Oh damn i think it's the first time we have such a strong proof of school bullying in a scandal involving an idol
but there's still some doubt about if this document is true or not
but in the same time, Hybe announce legal action why someone would fake a document and risk some legal actions especially knowing how harsh hybe is with legal action (+ i saw on twitter some people saying that some of the accuser were charge but i don't know if it's true)
to be honest i'm so torn by this situation
