So Sung-jin founded the South Korean entertainment company Source Music (Korean: 쏘스뮤직) in 2009. The company is best known for being the former home of the girl band GFriend. Hybe Corporation acquired the company in July 2019, incorporating it into the collective term "Hybe Labels."
Artists that used to be managed by Source Music include GFriend, Glam, 8Eight, Eden Beatz, and Kan Mi-youn.
