Based on the tiny survey I did some time ago male kpop stans make the least of the population here being less than 28%. So a chance of one coming across a hateful comment from female users are in high probability compared to male users. However it is notable that most offensive and lunatic users that were banned or disliked here were mostly male users. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t any hateful female trolls here, there are, 1 or 2 of them are kinda well known too.

in akp yes. most of them are okay but there are some who barely cross the line but then say they did nothing wrong.

From my pov other users are also responsible. We all know those users were/are extremely problematic. Have done more than fair share of questionable actions, yet people still engage with them in a positive manner.

Idols get canceled for much less than what users here do.

At the end of the day akp is a playground and people willingly play nice with those type of users.

honestly? with all the akgaes I have dealt with / admins of big accounts / obsessive fans, YES. especially when their fave was smoll and tiny in the public eyes, you know, it's like they're making kids out of these grown women. oh my god. it's a completely different level, some of them even sexualized their favs, others did shady stuff. they think they have control over these female idols, sometimes i feel like they breathe for them. I swear names like alex, sam and haru show up in my nightmares.

I've seen male fans slutshaming my idol, I think on the contrary male fans are generally worse. They look more at the visual before the music. There are also girl group fans who look at the visual first, but they don't make comments with an insult to the idol. Someone slutshaming Joy in this forum, I didn't forget that oldfanboy disgusting comment. I definitely don't take the some male fans seriously in general.

Some male gg stans are misogynistic pieces of shit.

They'll praise their female idol but then bash female fans of male idols for only being fans of said idol bc we are sexually attracted to them, or enforcing the female fan stereotype.

Don’t agree with it, in my experience I dealt of all type of toxic fans and the only thing I’ve noticed is that they flock together lol male or female fans, some people are um just downright crazy and you can’t really stop them from enjoying something

One thing I’ve noticed tho is that the girl group fandoms seem to be toxic all the time, whereas boy group fandom tend to be quiet unless there are fanwars.

If you are talking about the worst of worst users that come to mind, they turn out to be male GG stans most of the time. And on the other end of the spectrum, I can only think of one.

There is no such thing as the worst breed of kpop stans, most of what you're saying just applies to the male gg fans that used to be on this forum but then got banned, not all male gg fans are like that. I mean that's just a generalization, imagine if a man came on this forum and said all female BG stans are the worst breed of KPOP stans, y'all would go CRAZY. Can we not generalize anymore? seriously? it's stupid and enforces stereotypes.
