The restrictions and vaccination rates would have to improve a hell of a lot here before I'd go and groups are going to have to want to come here as well so I won't be holding my breath.

u dont understand, this was 2-3 DIFFERENT people practically touching faces every day, so roughly 14 different people. You can do the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon math there. Furthermore Colombia public crowds didnt give two shits about the pandemic, while New York and Bay Area was a ghost town, it looked like fugging 4th of July every day in Colombia with how crowded the malls, and streets were (tourist parts at least). Lastly, Colombia during last Novemeber-December last year + May onwards this year was one of the few countries in the world that didn't require COVID TEST to enter AND didn't have a quarantine period for visitors. So you can imagine the cesspool of potentially covid infected tourists entering the country.

No. I have a coworker who won't get vaccinated bc she doesn't trust the government or w/e, her uncle died from covid, and she still went to a Maroon 5 concert and got mad that she had to take a covid test 48 hours before the concert (if she's not vaccinated) and they said the test could take up to 72 hours.
If concert venues are filled with people like that, I can't

it ultimately depends on the situation and where you are...
if you are in a city that suffers or suffered from high transmission rates then one can easily see how would could be hesitant to attend such things...
in my city there was a major sporting event with a 60,000 in person crowd which went fine since my city has had like only 2 cases of community transmission over the past 18 months
that said no, not for me

Yeah I’d do it. I get it if people don’t want to, though.
It makes me a little nervous since i’m immune compromised but yolo
My cousin had covid, almost died from it. He was in the ICU and hospital for a month. Still doing physical therapy but he’ll never be the same from it.
I’m actually scheduled to go to a concert in November, a convention in October, and if I can get tickets to BTS concert then that as well.

Good luck and be safe.
I am trying to buy a ticket for the BTS concert and if me and my friends get them, we will go. I am fully vaccinated and will actually get the booster shot tomorrow. I intend to wear a mask and enjoy myself if i get to go.
Somehow, life has to go on. We take the necessary precautions and there will always be risks, but we have to start getting back to some sort of normalcy.

Yes. If I get the booster then I will feel even better.
I just took an airplane and went to Disney recently. I was fine. Life is starting to get back to normal. I've been eating out since April. Vaccination rate is almost 60%+. Eventually we have to get back to normal. I feel way more confident now than a year ago. This disease is going to be around for a long time. Give me the vaccine and I'm good.

I mean, I am vaccinated so that's a plus. I think it would depend on the situation. If there aren't a lot of cases and majority of the people attending are vaccinated then I would go, I mean, how different is it from going to school everyday?
But then again I can't afford concert tickets so what's the point lol.

If it's outdoors absolutely.
Indoors, if only they have measures in place. But me going to a kpop concert while I'm free is a very rare opportunity so I might reconsider anyways.

Glad to see most of the people saying yes.

I went to a concert last Sunday; it was a small venue and we were required to prove we were vaccinated. I also went to karaoke last night (the temptation of a fresh $100 bill got me there; I came in second). I'm not going out of the metro area for a concert until at least next year, even though I'm vaccinated.

i will avoid it till it feels 100% safe

California has the best COVID rates here so it’s better here than other parts of the country.

In the case of kpop its no longer a case of "it depends" groups in general especially one's like BTS are far too popular. That hundreds of thousands of people if not millions will migrate to them at a concert. Trumping any prior data about transmission rates etc. As basically you'd be having a population refresh every week increasing your odds of covid going up by a factor of a thousand.

Yes, because Day6
My family is all vac anyways and they are giving out booster shots soon.
Ima be the devil here, if someone gets covid because I get covid and they fell ill because they are not vaccinated, I won't feel guilty. If the government allows it to have concerts then ima have my concerts if anything it's the government fault for letting your unvaccinated ass run free
