So Babymonster or Meovv? Whose debut did you prefer?

Meovv, I like batter up too, but meow is iconic! flavor-yum.gif

And I really liked their voices and raps like damn, talent!!

But if I'm forced to choose, I'd pick the Cats. Babymon doesn't have a good title track so far. MEOVV's is not bad, just average, and it's not as irritating as Batter Up, not to mentuon SHEESH.

But I can already tell, YG and Teddy is fighting for "The cringiest girl group songs" title this year.😂

Is that even a word? I don't know.

At least BM has good b-sides, but it's not fair to compare them.

Babymonster because they debuted on April 1st, 2024 with Sheesh and Batter Up never happened and no one can convince me it did

These two songs are way better than their title tracks, forever is an earworm

both are terrible but 'batter up' is slightly less bad

I listened to Meovv coz of this, then I listened to Batter Up again....

Meovv is an even lighter version of BP.

Best way I can explain it is like both are Blackpink light, but Babymon is the the Black part and Meovv is the Pink part.

Or perhaps for those that know fragrances, BP is like Parfum, BM is like EDP, Meovv is like EDT.

Babymon for me. The songs for both groups are all so so, but the Babymon members have far more presence.

I thought Batter Up was better than Meow. That's all I have to say.

meov, prefer the group and the song. batter up and sheesh were just bad bad, specially the later. meovs song was just a bit undrrwhelming but their sound has potential.

I think I like Meovv debut better. Also, the meow part sounds like the alternative drop in the documentary of how Sheesh was made.

Meovv by far. Meow was the first YG-esque song I've relistened to more than once in the last 2 years.

Babymonster Batter Up by far, and I wasn't a huge fan before

The 5th gen gang is complete with KIOF, ILLIT, BM, and now waiting for SM and Source Music girl groups.

Neither. Both debuts were quite frankly very underwhelming. No tea no shade, it's just not my cup of tea

On another note: I did watch Meovv's individual members trailers and was actually intrigued by Narin. I think she is someone to look out for in the future! I see a lot of potential in her

Babymonster songs better, they have esque old kpop sound. That's why their song not terrible or super good but still so much better than new released this so far.

Babymonster simply because I love the whole song.

For Meovv, the verses and outro was good (ESPECIALLY THE OUTRO/DANCEBREAK). I feel like Teddy could've done better to make the chorus more catchier.

I still like both songs tho.
