Although her recent album was a bomb, which passed the title of BTS' Greatest Rival to a singer I am going to discuss later in this post,
Adele is having residency in Las Vegas, to perform for 20 days. (She recently has some trouble with her staff so it has been delayed but that's not the heart of this post.)
There are , I think, only a couple hundred seats and the cheapest ones sell for about $1,000 each.
Obviously the close you get, the more expensive the tix.
Lower level seats go for about 25,000/seat and the front row seats are about 40,000 each, topping at 78,000.
Adele is guaranteed $680,000/each perf and living costs in the highest suite, about $50,000/night, during this round so she will rake at least $15 million total from this round of residency in Las Vegas.
Britney Spears and Elton John also have residency in Vegas for now, although their prices are a bit more pedestrian.

The singer who has become the only viable rival of BTS remaining had had her concert in a small theater on 2014 on the wake of the infamous sewol ferry incident.
Apparently she was contemplating something like what Adele is doing at that time, although her subsequent fame in 2017 and onward has made such practices less viable.
Korea does not have fans willing to shell $78,000 to see their faves at the front seat.
Maybe BTS might charge that kind of prices, but not in K-O-R-E-A. Will probably have to do that in places like Dubai.
Still I do think that the singer who is the only remaining rival of BTS will probably try that in a later phase of her life, although whether she can sell tickets in Las Vegas is a very open question.
