Well, I have often said Aespa have too many boring songs, but I would say that is a common problem for a lot of groups that have debuted the last couple of years. STAYC is one execption maybe.

aespa is tier 1 or top tier for the 4th gen, anybody denying that is just delusional, itzy should be top tier too if they were not on a trash company like jyp, they were screwed hard and it's sad. Aespa hasnt had a single bop since Next Level (except for Dreams Come True but that's a remix). Every successive single, from Savage to Drama, is worse and worse in terms of quality.

However, NL is still the greatest song of the past two years and they do have Karina who singlehandedly has them among the top 5 GGs in Korea. With PN's success, i think LSRFM and Aespa are now at the same level, tied for 4th, just a step below Ive/NJ/Idle.

International stream (Spotify, Apple Music), international charting (billboards) Le Sserafim completely blow Aespa out of the water. Domestically stream Aespa only have Next Level (Savage a follow up song can’t even last 50 weeks on melon, worse than Fearless which is 68 weeks). Spicy is below EPATBW (a bside) on melon now and I don’t even want to talk how PN an English collab song with barely any SK promotion is going to have RAK while blocking Drama on every charts. Their sales are declining compared to their previous one. Le Sserafim is a 1.5 year old groups and doing all that while aespa is a 3 years old group. What make y’all think Aespa is still above Le Sserafim?

If BM get 400k++ ULs by Saturday next week, and take into account AKMU got 392,038 recently, and NJ got 487,822 a couple of months ago, it means Aespa and Ive have dropped into B Tier level with their recent Korean comebacks.

Aespa imo is because they went with cute last comeback as opposed to the tree hugging "nmixx" song this comeback.
