Sure they aren't doing as well than they used to do in Korean chart, and we can all agree that Shut down and Pink venom underperforme there in comparison of what most of us thought it'll do
But they are improving drastically in every other metrics, their tour is a massive success, their sales are amazing, their spotify numbers etc.....
They aren't doing as good than they used to do in a metric maybe but it's not their fault mostly because of the emergence of Other GG who have a bigger hold in korea
But to say they decline one metric isn't enough especially when they are doing so well in all the other area

Sorry, but no YGE group was managed as poorly as BP.
BIGBANG is actually the most promoted YGE group, in their early years they released several songs (if we compare to YGE groups), were in several variety programs, had fan contents and the only reason they had big hiatus was bc the members themselves caused some scandals so nope, BP isn't treated like them.... BB even has original jpn songs....

There is a decline... but it's artistic over $$$, Pink Venom was a decent track but followed the formula you have come to expect from Blackpink. Shut Down was really forgettable - and you have to remember there are super long hiatuses between these releases as well, really should be getting more from them.
Money wise I'm sure they are still bringing it in so YGE won't change
Weirdly Pink Venom seemed to have more impact than Shut Down, idols do covers of Pink Venom if you look it up but Shut Down I haven't seen any yet

Agreed. Maybe because Big Bang has GD who produce all their song.
I mean not as big bang but more like YG group in general. Ikon, winner also like that. Release a few song and then sent on tour.
When they finish their tour, the GP in Korea already move on with them.

because of how strong the competition of current 4th Gen GG

then it up to you where you rank BP in that list
and I'm not yet include TWICE which I think still much popular than BP in Korea -
