I’m thinking OP means in terms of popularity and overall general public support. In that regard, G-idle does not compare. In terms of talent though, that’s a different story.

In this case, you will need a big 3 group with a strong line up.
Aespa has 2 non-Koreans, but they are not as popular as the Twice members.
BP has 2 foreigners, but only one is non-Korean, Lisa is as popular as the Twice members (if not more) but her alone does not qualify as a foreign line, maybe if you stretch it and say Lisa+Rose are a foreign line, they yes, they can compete with Twice foreign line.
Realistically is Tzuyu visuals and Sana personality (and her way to go viral) that is impressive with Twice.

While Rose is technically a foreigners she’s still Korean so it’s different if you compare to Twice’s foreign line. If we include foreign Koreans then Tiffany and Jessica would be considered just as popular as Twice’s foreign line. But if we look at non Korean foreign lines in terms of popularity, no one, as of now can compete with Twice.

I see comments about blackpink - lisa alone isn't considered a "foreign line" so she doesn't really qualify for the competition. rosé might be born in australia but she's still ethnically fully korean so it won't be correct to count her as a "foreigner" in the sense op means it aka "non-koreans"

that's true but Koreans see Koreans born and raised in other countries as Foreigners (from what I've seen), i assume that's what everyone else is going by as well

I think the thing that is most shocking about Twice's foreign line popularity is the fact they are Japanese and Chinese.
For Sana and Tzuyu to be as loved as they are in Korea despite Korean nationalists hate for Japan and China, is crazy. Especially since those 2 were very instrumental in launching Twice as a group. Though Tzuyu is actually Taiwanese, but there was that whole controversy with the Taiwanese flag.
I don't think it makes sense to include Rose because even though she is still a "foreigner", she is Korean, and Korea has no particular hate for Australia. Lisa is the only real true foreign member who can stand up to and surpass Twice's foreign line in some aspects as of now.

I remember on OH (another KPOP forum that shall not be named because allkpop is weird), I suggested their subunit name be MiMoSa, but people got mad at me because it wasn't in chronological order.
Not like JYP would allow them to be named after an alcoholic beverage anyway. *cough Alcohol Free cough*, but I thought it was cute.

If MiMoSa were a four member girl group the positions would be imo:
momo: main rapper, main dancer, sub vocal and leader
mina: main vocalist, lead dancer, sub rapper and visual
sana: lead vocalist, lead dancer, sub rapper and face of the group
tzuyu: lead vocalist, lead dancer, lead rapper and maknae

Twice is a top group so only another top group can counter their foreign line. There are two groups that came to mind one is BP if we consider both rose/lisa as foreign line and another one is asepa that both ningning and Giselle are foreigners they may not popular as twice foreign line now but it possible in future
