  • I. Introduction

    Tri.be (트라이비) is a seven member girl group under TR Entertainment and Mellow Entertainment in Korea and Republic Records in the US. They are co-managed by Universal Music. They debuted on February 17, 2021 with the single album Tri.be Da Loca.

    II. Name

    The name Tri.be. is a combination of "tri" from triangle, which is a symbol of perfection and "be", which means existence, therefore the group name has the meaning of "perfect existence".

    III. Career

    On December 29, 2020 it was revealed that producer Shinsadong Tiger and Universal Music would be debuting a new girl group in early 2021. On January 2, 2021, Tri.be's official social media accounts released a logo motion video revealing the group's name and logo. Later that day it was confirmed the group would debut in February 2021.


    Tri.be debuted on February 17, 2021 with the single album Tri.be Da Loca and lead single "Doom Doom Ta". Both songs on the album were produced by Shinsadong Tiger and LE of EXID. It was later announced that the group would be signed under Universal Music's Republic Records for promotions in the US.
