Hmm, I was expecting something more literally cosmic-like in sound but seems like they're going more adventurous rebels trying to do daring experiments from the teaser.

Hopefully, it doesn't go full-on girl crush let alone one with chantings being a focal point It will probably go well with the chorus sounding catchy but I don't know if personally I'd be big on it.

from the teaser, I would say it can go both ways... a total addictive bop or a boring-ass nothing new girl crush song.. I am fine with them going the girl crush route.. as long as they deliver with music I will be okay..

Personally I don’t care much about the concept to be honest as long as the song is good.

I don't know if it's so much of a surprise that they are doing gc, because as you said it's trendy, but gc is a bit too trendy at the moment to the point where it's overdone, so seeing new gg do girl crush feels kind of bleh for some people since it isn't that interesting and doesn't stand out much if that's what everyone else is doing.

At least, that's what I have gathered from the more negative reactions I've seen towards girl groups doing girl crush. IVE had similar negative reactions when it seemed possible they could've gone gc back before they debuted. So these negative reactions towards gc concepts with new gg seems to happen with most of them. I don't think it's a kep1er exclusive phenomenon.

I fear Xiaoting's only line is WA DA DA at the end of the song.
